Rosemary Holly, the President of Luminara Consulting has over 20 years of hands-on technical and management experience supporting enterprise-wide information technology (IT) networking environments. Her specialties include software applications and development, design and implementation of large-scale enterprise management solutions and infrastructure migrations.
Prior to founding Luminara Consulting, Rosemary worked as a Principal Systems Engineer for SRA International, Inc. where she served as a consultant and project manager for enterprise solutions on both private and federal engagements. Additionally, Rosemary served in project management and in technical leadership positions at IBM, where as a subject matter expert on Tivoli software, she authored multiple IBM Redbooks, developed materials for and led international training.
Rosemary’s extensive government IT experience includes projects with Department of Homeland Security, Department of The Treasury, Army and Navy.
Rosemary is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Tivoli Enterprise Certified Consultant and ITIL® V3 Foundation certified.
Mark Farley has over 20 years of hands-on experience in customer-facing engineering leadership in semiconductors, board-level products, and server-level systems at multiple Fortune 500 and private companies, including competitive collaboration for development of industry standards, serving as a committee vice-chairman of The JEDEC Solid State Technology Association.
Mark is a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) in business and manufacturing process improvement, and has extensive experience driving projects for new product introduction and optimization of yield, cost, performance, and quality of products. Additionally, his experience includes partnering directly with customer management and technical staff to develop detailed proposals for new business, including execution of product definition, design, pricing, and schedules of deliverables. He has experience leading cross-functional international teams, managing the performance of technical staff, and behavioral coaching.
Mark holds a degree in Computer Engineering (BSEEC) and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE)

Although she has a vast amount of knowledge, skill and ability in various enterprise applications the fact is that she can adapt, learn and add value by providing needed services and solutions to customers. She has proven this time and time again. I was faced with a problem related to Tivoli Software Distribution. I captured data and provided a vast amount of information to an engineer contracted to provide support for this application. A year went by without a solution when I decided to engage the services of Rosemary. Rosemary not only identified the problem but provided a solution in two days. I knew then she was in a class all her own.
